Reimagining the post-pandemic workplace
Each year, Laserfiche streams a live broadcast, Spark, to get its customers excited about the brand and product roadmap. It has also historically provided robust community engagement between instances of its bigger sibling, the previously in-person Empower conference.
With the success of thought leadership content at past Empower conferences, it made sense to continue the trend with Spark. However, with Empower going virtual in 2021, this left Spark with an identity crisis.
At a little over an hour, Spark was not a competitor to the multiple days of sessions at Empower. Still, there could be overlap without a differentiated theme and message.
In-house leadership decided on the theme of "Work, Reimagined" and as a creative I went off to the races. If Empower was about navigating the present circumstances of the pandemic to find success, Spark was about recovering, rebuilding and reimagining what you can do, in a future unconstrained by the complexities of what has been a tumultuous year for everyone.
Spark 2021 offered organizations and professionals the opportunity for a metamorphosis, a reset of current mindsets in order to chart a course for future success.
