Howdy!
These are some examples of my copywriting work that I believe translate best to UX writing. I hope this gives you insight into how I think and what I could bring to a potential project.
Of course, I'm happy to take on writing exercises as necessary to prove I'm up for a particular challenge!

New Audiences Require Fresh Perspectives
With its second all-virtual digital conference, Laserfiche was looking to expand the audience of Empower 2022 by reaching out to outside publications that would promote our conference to their opted-in email leads.
Challenge: Get audiences excited about a conference they may have never heard of.
Thought: Everyone loves to get inspired.

Solution: Instead of "learn more" use more inviting language of "get inspired with us."
A Free Pass Is Great, but a Power Pass Is Better
Laserfiche wanted to offer a free pass for its virtual tech conference to match the low barrier to entry that an online event offers, but also highlight the value of paid passes that are more in line with what attendees typically get from an in-person conference.
Challenge: Highlight the value of a paid option with a free one right next to it.
Thought: Make the paid option have more text, but in a good way.

Thought: Make the paid option have more text, but in a good way.
Solution: I made sure the most attractive paid pass had the most text, by making it and the free pass bulleted lists, but practical ones listing literal benefits.
School's In for Summer, and All Year Round
CodeREV Kids teaches kids how to code at day camps during the summer as well as afterschool programs it runs all year round. The simplest of goals here was to get parents to sign up their kids for either a class or summer camp.
Challenge: Encourage parents to register their kids for afterschool coding classes and tech summer camps, when they're very, very busy.Thought: Keep text minimal and options obvious.
Solution: Make decisions quick, easy and in order of interest. Most interested can sign up right away. Those wanting a bit more info can see the course names, which are short and to the point.
Those that are thinking farther ahead can sign up for summer with the CTA on the bottom. I made sure to put "Summer" in the button text to make sure it's distinct from the initial sign up button the reader encounters.
